Congratulations to the cast and crew of “Proof” who took first place at the Michigan AACT/Fest in Owosso, MI on March 12, 2005 with their production of “Proof”. AACT/Fest is a nationwide theatre festival that begins at the state level. Along with winning first place for best overall production, Sarah Blannett and Lance Abke both received awards for "Excellence in Acting". The production was also honored with an award for "Excellence in Set Design".
Donna Hansen directed the production and the members of the cast were Lance Abke, Sarah Blannet, Stan Evans and Donna Hansen.
The next level is the Region III Festival, which will take place April 8-10 in which RCP will compete against winning productions from Wisconsin, Ohio, Illinois and Indiana. This is followed by the National AACT Festival to be held June 14-18.
